made-to-order prints and artwork
all prints are made to order especially for you. because of the nature of my work, i cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:
– change your mind
– order the wrong size
– provide an incorrect shipping address
please check your order carefully before completing your purchase!
damaged or incorrect orders
orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. however, if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. please include:
– your order number
– of the artwork
– photographs of the packaging
– a brief description of the issue
once the issue has even reviewed, i will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate!

delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances outside my control.
colours
i do my best to display artwork as accurately as possible. however, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished artwork due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.
